One of the most storied professional basketball teams in Itay, Pallacanestro Trieste 2004 plays in the Lega Basket Series A (LBA). The team’s home arena opened in 1999 and has a seating capacity of approx. 7,000 people. The people of Trieste have a strong love of basketball and are very passionate about their team.
